Goose dinner at the country inn Wratschko.
Around the feast of St. Martin (11 November), a special specialty is very popular with us: roast goose. We serve the crispy delicacy traditionally with dumplings and red cabbage - Sol wants it the custom and so it tastes best. But on request, other variations are also possible.
