"COOK & ENJOY" at our cookery workshop in the episcopal wine cellar

Experience culinary autumn delights at our exclusive cooking workshop in the historic episcopal wine cellar at Seggau Castle in Leibnitz. Under the motto "Cooking & Enjoyment", immerse yourself in the fascinating world of South Styrian cuisine together with our experienced sommelier and chef Elfriede Ratz. Let us inspire you with refined tricks and flavours that will give your dishes that certain culinary something. Our sommelier Elfriede Ratz will show you how to use regional products and a wide variety of herbs to create delicious dishes. Four exquisite dishes specially created for this workshop will take centre stage.
