Perchtenlauf

The Perchtenlauf is a fascinating event that features 23 groups from all over Styria.
Visitors can admire the impressive Perchten masks and costumes that are traditionally worn in winter.

On the upper main square, six restaurateurs provide a selection of food and drink.

There is also musical entertainment to create a festive atmosphere.

A separate children's zone is set up in front of the town hall for younger guests.
At 5.30 pm, St. Nicholas and his angels will pay a visit before the Perchtenlauf begins at 6 pm.
