As an experienced counselor and psychotherapist, Arnold Mettnitzer knows all facets of life - from the enthusiasm of youth to the challenges and moments of happiness of getting older. In this book, he takes us on a search for all the ways in which we can refine our time and enjoy getting older. In very personal stories, he tells of people who have succeeded in doing so - through the power of encounters and the courage to engage with others, through the ability to forgive and the openness to grow to the end.
