- From the Perisutti care centre in Eibiswald, the route leads up several, sometimes quite crisp, shorter climbs via Sterglegg and Stammeregg to the old, beautiful Stindlweber farm.
- The steeper climbs, known as "stitches" in cycling jargon, are replaced again and again by flatter sections that allow you to enjoy the wonderful views of the Remschnigg, over to the Koralm-Speik and into the Schilcherland. A few benches along the way invite you to take a little more time.

- From Glirsch, the route continues with a few very short intermediate climbs, first at the foot of the giant Kapuner and then in a wonderful flow over the Kornriegl and Oberlatein down to Feisternitz.
