The Landvilla Sinelia combines the style of a romantic country house with the powerful elements of natural stone and old wood. Experience holidays of a bygone era with the luxury of today, nestled in the Garden of Eden. The villa is a breathable brick massive house with very high rooms and wonderfully flooded with light. Cool in summer, and cosy warmth from the fireplace in winter.
The entree of Sinelia is a spacious cloakroom and leads into the barn and the manor house. The two interconnected houses also offer privacy and retreats for our guests despite a shared holiday.
Our villa has three reclaimed double bedrooms, each with a stone bathroom, as well as three living rooms, each with a spacious pull-out couch. Two covered 80 m² terraces, a cool courtyard terrace, a balcony with a view of beaches for the morning sun, a 100 m² sunbathing area made of natural stone and a forecourt to the vinotheque promise a special place for relaxation at any time of the day. The entire property can accommodate up to 12 guests in all its buildings, on a holiday with 6 guests each couple enjoys their own accommodation unit.

The Manor House
At that time, a manor house was the most beautiful building of the estate where the entire peasant family and the workers came together for a meal together. Such beautiful traditions deserve to be adopted.
Our manor house offers on the ground floor and on the upper floor a bedroom with old wood double beds, followed by a stone bathroom, as well as a pull-out couch in the living rooms. It has a spacious living room with access to the main terrace, the pool, the panoramic barrel sauna and the terrace bathroom with shower and toilet. A large fully equipped country kitchen with cooking island and bar element as well as a dining table with space for 12 people invite you to a snack together, or maybe even to a family dinner? On the 180 m² large, main terrace (80 m2 covered) all guests can dine together, the BBQ grill for barbecue enthusiasts is waiting for you.
The Stadl
with private terrace and its own fully equipped country kitchen with dining area, a living area with pull-out couch and a bathroom/WC and flat screen TV. A wooden staircase leads to the open Stadl bedroom on the upper floor, which is reminiscent of a traditional hay barn. On the gallery you can enjoy the view into the distance with the balcony door open, or sit in the reading chair and browse the bookshelf.
The Vinothek
was originally an old wine cellar, and this character has remained with her. In the twilight you can discover and compare the variety of South Styrian wines, enjoy old must varieties and also taste numerous schnapps from the area, juices and water are also available.
Our wine shop is abundantly equipped with pre-chilled drinks, feel free for self-service. We will make the statement at the end of your stay.Swimming Pool
Cool off in the 8 x 4 m pool with a depth of 150 cm, and has a wide entrance staircase and its own seating area, ideal for playing and standing for toddlers. The pool is heated from May to October, and offers a breathtaking south-west view from the Slovenian plateau Pohorje over the southern Styrian vineyards over the Deutschlandsberger Almen to the Koralpe. Around the pool there is a 100 m² sunbathing area made of natural stone, adjacent a flower meadow for relaxing, shading and loungers are available, beach towels are available.
Barrel-Sauna
Especially in the transitional period and on cold winter days, a sauna session is just the thing. The barrel sauna is located outdoors next to the pool, near the terrace toilet/shower room and has its own entrance area for keeping clothes, and a large panoramic window. Sauna infusion scents, bathrobes and sauna towels are of course ready for you.
Blubberbad/Whirlpool
Fancy relaxing in the warm water? Our whirlpool can accommodate 6 people and is located on the upper floor of the manor house. Relax loungers, wellness lighting and a fully opening panoramic glass folding door complete the pleasure, special water scents and bathrobe are ready for you.
