Sylvia Spörk, the daughter-in-law of the former owner, has recently taken over the family business and brings with her cheerful manner the perfect mix of experience and a breath of fresh air. Passionate cyclists are also welcome to talk to the former host and cycle tourer, Franz Spörk, about their adventures.
