Naturpark: Glasmacherworkshops in der Kaiserhof Glasmanufaktur

Experience an intensive glassblowing course where you will work closely with molten glass and create four extraordinary products – as a crowning conclusion, you will blow your own Styrian glass. This course is primarily aimed at adults, older teenagers, or passionate young artists, as direct handling of hot glass requires special care. Of course, you will be expertly accompanied by two experienced staff members. The course can be taken as a single event or in small groups of two to four people – for example, the flat rate for a course duo is 490 € and includes approximately 2 ½ hours of intensive craftsmanship.

For those starting in the fascinating world of glass processing, we also offer a “workshop” where you will produce two items. Here, the highlight is the mouth-blown glass orb in your desired color. This course option is already suitable for children from middle elementary school age, is extremely affordable at 65 € per person, and is designed to be time-efficient.

Please note that a joint appointment is required for the courses and demonstrations. The ideal season for the intensive glassblowing course usually runs from January to April (possibly also in May) and from September to November – the workshop option can also take place in the warmer months.
