My passion for hiking began in my childhood.
Later I added climbing, mountain biking, horse riding, yoga and, in winter, ski touring and cross-country skiing. I then trained as an exercise instructor in health sports, Pilates and Nordic walking, which I also offer to the public at the local winter sports club. winter sports club for the public.
Exercising in the beautiful nature around Tragöss and travelling to the mountains of various countries countries such as Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Switzerland, Greece, France, Norway, Spain, Portugal and Nepal are the best way for me to balance my physically and mentally demanding everyday work as a qualified nurse.
By climbing the Matterhorn and the Island Peak, a 6000 metre peak in Nepal, I fulfilled my lifelong dreams.
A severe stroke of fate prompted me to train as a via ferrata instructor with the AV and as a certified hiking guide with the VAVÖ. My aim is to introduce other people to the beauty of nature and the mountains, but also to point out the dangers and the associated correct behaviour in the mountains.
