The idea was to create a gin of the highest quality. After several attempts, the perfect recipe was found - a clear juniper aroma, rounded off with notes of lemon. The classic process of gin production is carried out, which begins with maceration and subsequent distillation. The spices are added to the alcohol-water mixture and leached out. During the distillation, special attention is paid to preserving the complex aromas of the "botanicals" by slowly and gently guiding them from the copper still into the cooler. After the distillation process, the gin is stored for a while before it is bottled and tasted.
The GIN Tschilla Dry Gin was awarded the golden DLG prize.
