This leisurely hike leads through the entire market Vorau in the region Joglland - Waldheimat and invites you to explore the center of the village and the surrounding area.
A beautiful, quiet walk through the Dreimühlenwald forest with many benches is particularly inviting. Without any particular difficulties, this tour is suitable for all ages and generations. There is also a refreshment stop at the stage destination. The rustic Brennerwirt inn awaits hikers with a well-deserved snack. For all nature lovers, there is also a special feature to discover there: After a short detour from the Brennerwirt inn, there is a game enclosure where, with a little luck, you can observe the animals.
Back in the market center of Vorau, there are also various inns and cafes that spoil guests with culinary delights. The various small stores invite you to stroll around.

Vorau is located in the East Styrian hill country at an altitude of between 470 and 1248 meters.
By car:
From Vienna: A2 exit Pinggau - Rohrbach-Vorau
From Graz: A2 exit Pinkafeld or Hartberg - Rohrbach - Vorau

- We start at the Griesplatz in Vorau
- We hike leisurely along hiking trail no. 2 to the Dreimühlen mills.
- From the Dreimühlen we continue to the Marienmarterl
- Afterwards we come to the inn Brennerwirt in the district of Riegersberg, where you can have an excellent snack.
- From there we follow the markings back to Vorau.
