This tour does not impress with racy descents and powder magic, because there you are usually not alone. The ascent far back in a valley, which is not known to everyone, begins like almost every ski tour on a forest road. At a Marterl then after about 1 1/2 hours over free beats and finally over an approximately 4m wide aisle and a slope to the Kräuterinhütte at 1,394 m.
Now you are on a kind of intermediate plateau, the Kräuterin, which in the beginning is still tree-covered later becomes more and more barren, but therefore not uninteresting. Shortly before the summit, when you have crossed the Kräuterin, you ski briefly with skins into a hollow to a signpost. Here a path comes up from the left. The ascent to the summit is now still briefly ascending. The descent is then like the ascent.
