More information
First you go through the Gladensiedlung, a housing project with allotments and animal husbandry from 1943 ("Göring-Siedlung") and at the foot of the quartz quarry in the direction of Rötz.
From here the road leads to the Mell plateau with a great view of the town of Trofaiach and the Reiting massif as well as a view of "Schlossbauer" and the photovoltaic plant. Through the Köck farm (with petting zoo) and the Zlatten, you get back to Trofaiach after a steep descent via Schoberkreuz, Laintal and Wolkersdorf.
The route now leads largely on bike paths and small side roads to the road overpass in the Kehr. Here it branches off from the LN2 route in the direction of Kehrwald and leads over a selective hollow way steeply uphill to the Kehr chapel and further over a gravel road to Gausendorf.
From here it goes to the Kaufmann farm ("Ganninger") and continues on an off-road route around the Kehrwaldes to the Putzenberg, to Gimplach and Unterkurzheim, before it goes slightly downhill back on the Gößgrabenstraße to the sports hall and back to the Gladen train station.
The route runs 2% on the paved main road, 86% on side roads and 12% on bike paths. The nature of these roads and paths is divided into 67% asphalt, 26% gravel and 7% off-road.
