Our path leads us along the old "Reitsteig" trail, which was once used by the local count for hunting purposes, past the Frauenmauer, where three white mountain women appeared to the shepherd of the Rinntaverne a long time ago. There is always a lot to discover and many an encounter with the animals and plants of the forest. After about an hour's walk, we reach our hunting lodge. Once here, we start by making a fire and boiling water so that we can make coffee in grandma's style. Over breakfast by firelight, with egg dishes, bacon (from our own happy animals, of course) and farmhouse bread, we have time to discuss what we have experienced on the hunt.
