In its exhibition, the Neumarkter Hochtal Historical Working Group focuses on some of the region's most impressive historical buildings and the captivating legends that go with them.
The exhibition in cooperation with the NaturLese-Museum Neumarkt provides information about the historical background as well as the current use and accessibility of the castles and palaces. In the second part, the historical monuments come to life as a legend is told and illustrated in a contemporary form. In the third part, under the motto "Did you know that...", interesting background information on the topic is provided. The exhibition is accompanied by a puzzle booklet for children. Eager puzzle kings and queens can also choose a small reward from a treasure chest.
Christa Fürnkranz from the Historical Working Group: "With our exhibition concept, we want to appeal especially to families with children, but also to people interested in history. As a special highlight, some exciting finds that were made in and around these places will also be on display.
