Deep below, the Kühbach rushes past, above, the High Bridge connects the two banks. It was built in 1998 to replace the dilapidated crossing.
The timber, a donation from the St. Lambrecht Benedictines and the Schönanger forest cooperative, was felled on site. In 2023, the bridge was extensively renovated with larch wood. Particular attention was paid to ensuring that less water penetrates the structure in future and that it can dry out more quickly in order to extend its service life.
