The park was created at the beginning of the 20th century and had a complex of wooden huts for summer visitors.
In 1990, the huts were renovated and the octagonal pavilion was built. The “Raddörfl” offers affordable accommodation for tourists along the Murradweg R2. The “Kluppentier” by Scheifling artist Rudi Hirt is particularly striking. It represents the heraldic animal of Teufenbach-Katsch. The curvature of the larch tree, which gives the dragon its shape, has grown naturally.
The individual huts can be booked by arrangement.
