Simply get on, take your seat and get off at your destination!
The Murau region has good train connections and five train stations in the towns of Murau, Neumarkt in der Steiermark, Mariahof, Scheifling and Predlitz. There are also regular local and long-distance buses, as well as a valley bus in the summer months.

Valley bus
The valley bus is a fantastic way to travel comfortably through the Murau region.
The special thing about the valley bus is the many transfer options between the individual lines. Schöder is a hub between the Etrachsee lake, the Günster waterfall, Murau, the Sölkpass and Stein an der Enns train station. The lines to Etrachtal and Rantensee are also connected to each other, as are the lines between Tamsweg and Krakau. Give your car a break and get to the most important excursion destinations and activities in comfort and without having to search for a parking space. Tickets are available directly on the valley bus.
