At over 2.000 metres above sea level, the chalets in the Almdorf Hohentauern are located in the immediate vicinity of the ski slopes with approx. 12 kilometres of pistes. The ski area is perfect for beginners. Should you then feel like longer runs, the ski area in Lachtal, 40 kilometres away, or the 4 Berge ski area in Schladming are ideally suited.
Ski tourers or snowshoe hikers will find an Eldorado for their sporting passion right outside the front door. The nearest entrance to the cross-country ski trail is also only about 200 m away from the holiday resort: a good 18 kilometres of untracked, perfectly groomed trails are waiting to be explored by you! In summer, the holiday homes score with their central location in what is probably one of the most untouched and beautiful hiking areas of the Styrian Mur valley. Motor sports fans and motorcyclists also get their money's worth in Upper Styria and enjoy staying in our resort. Only about 35 kilometres away, which is about 30 minutes by car, is the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg. By the way: we are aware that all these mountain adventures also make you hungry. How good that the nearest supermarket is only max. 300 metres away from your holiday home.

§ 6 Payments and Deposit
When reserving a rental property, a 30% deposit of the total amount must be paid. The remaining amount for the rental property must be received in the account of the respective facility no later than 30 days before the start of the stay.
For reservations made within 4 weeks prior to the start of the stay, the total amount is due immediately upon receipt of the reservation confirmation. If no payment is received, the accommodation provider may withdraw from the contract, and you will be fully liable for any damage incurred, including costs associated with the reservation and contract termination. Any amounts already paid will be offset against these cancellation fees and any required compensation for other expenses.
The accommodation provider requires a deposit upon the start of the stay ranging from € 0 to € 500.00 per accommodation unit. If payment is not made, the renter and their cohabitants may be denied access to the accommodation. If you are in arrears with the deposit payment, the accommodation provider has the right to withdraw from the contract with immediate effect (cancellation).
The deposit amount will be refunded after departure provided you leave the accommodation in good condition and without damages. Any claims for damages shall not cease with the refund of the deposit.
