Our farm is located at 1,005 m above sea level and is about 3 km away from the climatic health resort Oberzeiring. Surrounded by meadows and forests, you will find our family-run and child-friendly house, where you can switch off from everyday stress and recharge your batteries. Our house offers you a power breakfast with homemade products for a good start to the day, if you then want to get a taste of farm life and help out with the stable work or the hay harvest.
0whether they sit at the house bench, take a hike to the windmills, pub in the nearby brook or enjoy the day in the nearby thermal spa Aqualux, there is certainly something for everyone!
Experience the mystical legend of Oberzeiring on a guided tour through the silver tunnel and afterwards let our spa confectioner spoil you!
To ensure that our children have fun, we will dive into the world of fairytales in the nearby fairytale forest and go in search of gold at the gold panning plant in Pusterwald!

Conditions
The farm is surrounded by greenery, and for our little ones there is a trampoline outside . In the summer, you can relax on the green lawn in the sunshine and enjoy the peace and nature.

Arrival
Coming from the S36 Murtal motorway, continue on the B317 Friesacher Straße, in Furth turn onto the B114. Follow the road for approx. 12 km, then turn left into the village of Oberzeiring.
Drive through the village in the direction of Lachtal until you reach the village of Tratten. In Tratten, turn right into Zeiringgraben. The Öffl family farm is on the left-hand side.
