The Almhütte is a lovingly maintained former farmhouse at 1,200 metres above sea level in the beautiful Gaal hiking area. The unspoilt nature around the hut and the lush alpine pastures with the herd of cows offer a "pure alpine hut feeling". A savoury snack from the Genussregion, the rustic wooden furniture in the garden, a magnificent mountain panorama, the radiant alpine sun - simply unwind and recharge your batteries! Explore the unspoilt forests with your children while looking for mushrooms or go on long hikes and mountain tours with the whole family.
The fully equipped hut is the ideal starting point for relaxing walks or hikes on marked routes. Access by car is possible up to the hut. The nearest inn with breakfast facilities is 5 minutes away and the sports centre including swimming pond and "Almrausch sauna" is 10 minutes away. The hut offers space for up to 10 people. Outside, a cosy wooden set invites you to sunbathe while the children let off steam on the green meadows, in the forest or in the sandpit.

Especially family, mountain and nature fans will feel very comfortable in the cosy alpine hut. The rustically furnished holiday home offers space for a total of 10 people. On the ground floor there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with sitting area and wood stove, 1 room with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower and separate WC.
A special feature is the well-preserved old smokehouse - this is how people used to cook here. On the upper floor you will find a rustic farmhouse parlour with wood stove, sitting area and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with corner bench, dishwasher and refrigerator, 2 double rooms (one room with double bed, one room with 2 single beds) and 1 family room (with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a cot) with beautiful wooden furnishing.
Outside, the cosy sun terrace with wooden garden bench invites you to "gmiatli Z'sammsitzen" while the children let off steam on the green meadows, in the forest or while playing in the large sandpit. Barbecue and parasol are of course available.
