The hut is situated in a quiet location, is surrounded by approx. 2,800 m² of land and is also easily accessible in winter. The village of Großlobming - with shopping facilities - is 1,5 km away. Spielberg with all its event possibilities 5 km and Knittelfeld 6 km. Walking and hiking trails, shopping facilities, leisure centre with bathing lake, mini golf, tennis, skiing, cycle paths and much more are partly directly in front of the chalet or within a radius of max. 20 km.
On the ground floor there is a large, cosy dining area, a kitchenette with wood cooker (wood on site), an electric hotplate, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Resch-u.-Frisch oven, coffee machine and a dishwasher. Separated by a door: 1 WC and 1 shower.
Separated by a small staircase is a living room with a large couch and a pellet stove (pellets available). In the upper gallery area there is a large 4-person bed and 2 single beds. In front of the cottage there is a covered terrace of approx. 25 m² with a seating area as well as a barbecue area (charcoal on site).
