The following cancellation deadlines apply:
For cancellations more than 30 days before the desired rental period, a refund of 100% of the invoiced amount (less processing and payment handling fees, a flat rate of 40.00 euros) will be issued, provided that it has already been received in our account. If a cancellation occurs within 0 to 29 days before the booked rental period: a cancellation fee of 100% of the respective rental price will be charged.
