Immerse yourself in the history of the Platzfärberhaus, a building with roots dating back to the 16th century. Originally operated as a dyeing workshop, the house boasts a rich tradition that began in 1656 with the dye master Joseph Lerchegger and continued for more than 150 years. Since 1958, this charming property has been owned by our family, who now run a grocery store and a specialty shop offering regional delicacies on the ground floor.
The apartment is located directly on the picturesque market square of Obdach, surrounded by restaurants, taverns, and shops. Obdach is the perfect starting point for unforgettable hikes and bike tours in the Styrian Zirbenland. In winter, a ski lift just 800 meters away invites you to enjoy snowy adventures.

- Drive on the A2 towards Graz and stay on the motorway for about 175 km.
- After Graz, follow the signs for A9/S36 towards Judenburg/Knittelfeld.
- Exit the S36 at the Zeltweg West exit and follow the B78 towards Obdach.
