The Roatmoaralm is situated on a romantic hill with a marvellous panoramic view from the Mur Valley to the Hochschwab region. In summer, the cattle graze on the surrounding alpine meadows. Take advantage of the direct connection to hiking and mountain bike routes for wonderful tours or relax on the alpine flower meadows and in the high forest!

The hut is originally and cosily furnished. Every room is decorated with loving attention to detail. Our barn with its quaintly furnished barn and hunting parlour is very popular. Here you will find an eat-in kitchen with rustic wood-burning stove and sitting area, large living room with tiled stove, cosy sitting area, sofa and bed, dining room with running water, cool underground cellar for food storage, bathroom with running water, WC, shower, stove for heating water, outdoor barbecue.

Back to basics: the hut is equipped with a small photovoltaic system: mobile phones can be charged at a socket, but no other electrical devices work. No WLAN.
