In the Almenland Nature Park in Eastern Styria there is a small but fine cross-country skiing area that makes the hearts of all athletes beat faster. Because here you can not only run your laps in a very relaxed way, but at the same time explore the wintry alpine landscape while the sun shines on your face. The total of 21 kilometers of cross-country trails have been awarded the "Styrian Cross Country Seal of Approval".
The sunny trails between Teichalm and Sommeralm in the Almenland Nature Park are very popular cross-country trails in Styria. Because in addition to a sweeping view of the region, they also offer excellent accessibility: you only need an hour from the provincial capital Graz to the white winter paradise.
A total of 21 kilometers offer cross-country skiers classic running and skating. Of these 18 kilometers are classified as easy, the remaining 3 kilomteres have a medium difficulty.
