Kneipp Active Park & Barefoot course "Relax at the foot reflex"
The giant foot (42 m long and 15 m wide) designed by artist Peter Knoll for the feet and internal organs on the forecourt of the community center has already become a symbol of the Tiefenbach community. The large-scale barefoot course in the shape of a foot, which can be seen particularly beautifully from the "grass-foot-hill", offers a variety of different surfaces and elements to stimulate the foot reflex zones. At the respective section of the giant foot, you can train the corresponding areas on the soles of your own feet. For example, stand on your toes in the toe fields and do something for your brain. Consciously step up your heel while exercising your knees and feet. Or look for your height from the various footprints, step into the footprint and use it to stimulate the soles of your feet. Let yourself be guided by your own pace, go on a tour and let yourself be drawn into a "tangible" experience. The barefoot course is supplemented by classic Kneipp water applications such as the “cold arm bath” and the “knee pour”. After using the water, you should warm up your feet on the course. The play table on the heel of the giant foot also invites adult children to play. Find a little distraction and forget about stress and worries while playing, which is part of the Kneipp way of life. Simply pick up the pebbles and start playing!
