Since 1995 organic milk from its own farm is processed into various products at the Krogger's organic cheese dairy in Waldbach-Mönichwald.
All products in the Krogger family's organic farm cheese dairy are organically grown! Butter, whipped cream, buttermilk, sour milk, kefir milk, whey milk, curd cheese, yoghurt and cheese are sold in our own farm shop and the products can be tasted on a house and farm tour! The cheese dairy also offers an entertaining program for school classes and is an ideal stopover on a trip to the Hochwechsel!
