In the ORGANIC restaurant of the RETTER Bio-Nature-Resort on the Pöllauberg, lovers of Styrian delicacies can enjoy 100% organic enjoyment at its best. Lactose-free, gluten-free or vegan connoisseurs will also find a rich selection.
In addition, refreshing juices from the in-house RETTER BioGut such as apple, pear and quince are served. There are fine, fruity organic wines from the Vulkanland wine-growing region.
Right next to the BIO restaurant is the in-house RETTER BioGut. Here the fruits of the RETTER ORGANIC orchard are processed by hand into true delicacies. These delicacies are then available in the organic restaurant, such as fresh, crunchy organic bread and rolls, jams, juices, ice cream and much more.
The ORGANIC restaurant RETTER has been awarded the Green Toque, a toque from Gault Millau, 2 Falstaff forks and the Schlemmer Award - for the most sustainable kitchen concept.
A la carte reservations are possible in the Muskat and Lorbeer restaurant. In summer, the shady terrace also offers many possibilities. There are 250 seats available for events inside and 70 outside.
You can also enjoy one of the two organic gourmet menus: an erotic 6-course dinner or a candlelight & wine menu including wine accompaniment.
