Gasthaus Strobl is located in the heart of St. Ruprecht. The traditional house is known for its down-to-earth Styrian home cooking, which is interpreted in a modern way by Nicole Strobl and her team. You can look forward to home-made delicacies such as potato sausage, mushroom soup with Heidensterz, ribs or fried chicken. Vegetarian dishes are also conjured up, for example the tasty scarlet runner bean loaf. The crowning dessert is a delicious pumpkin tiramisu ...
The premises offer a very cozy ambience. The popular parlor is the central meeting point for all those who like the typical Styrian tavern culture. It offers space for around 50 people. The extra room right next door is ideal for celebrations and can accommodate around 20 guests. Then there is the former ice cellar, which now offers space for 36 people, and the beautiful ballroom for large celebrations with up to 100 people.
Special delicacies are also offered for special occasions throughout the year, such as the herring feast on Ash Wednesday, game specialties in autumn or the goose days. The barbecue buffet in summer is also particularly popular. In general, the menu is based on “Strobl's farmer's calendar” and focuses on a regional product every month.
By the way: children also feel right at home at Gasthaus Strobl! There is something to do at the table, a small play corner and, of course, a menu especially for the little ones!
