A´la carte guests can enjoy excellent delicacies and a welcoming service in a cosy atmosphere. Chef Dietmar Muhr together with his kitchen team cooks hearty meals with products from his own organic farm (finest lamb, local fish, eggs from his own chickens, Styria Beef, organic Hirschbirn products). Many more regional products guarantee top quality dishes. Depending on the time of year the restaurant Muhr offers seasonal dishes like Maibock (venison) and asparagus in spring as well as goose and venison in autumn. A glas of quality wine rounds off the meal.
