Along the East Styrian Roman Wine Route you can enjoy the best wine and a delicious snack. Roast pork, smoked meat, dried sausages, bacon, smoked loin, fresh spread, delicious cheese and a portion of freshly grated horseradish must of course not be missing from the typical Brettljause. For those who prefer sour food, a sour plate with boiled beef, beetle beans and regional soft cheese marinated with unique kernel oil and apple cider vinegar is recommended.
The sweet Germspeise as dessert belongs to the Buschenschank like the wine to the Roman wine route. Poppy seed strudel, nut croissants or fresh doughnuts - our Buschenschänke really leave no culinary wishes unfulfilled.
