Mobility in Styria

When on holiday in Styria, even your car gets to take some time off. The public transport network leaves nothing to be desired.

And in places where there are no buses or trains, innovative mobility solutions were established. The WEINmobil is the safe solution for wine lovers along the Southern Styrian Wine Road. And with the ski and hiking buses of the Schladming-Dachstein Region, you can travel comfortably from your accommodation to the ski resort or to the starting point of your hike.

Graz Linien as well as the Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB), the Steiermärkische Landesbahnen (STLB) and the Graz-Köflach Railway (GKB) ensure mobility in Graz as well as across the holiday regions of Styria.

Good to know: Thanks to Rail & Drive by ÖBB, you can flexibly switch between travelling by train and by car.

The right ticket for every journey

Free public transport in Graz

Did you know that between Jakominiplatz and Hauptplatz plus one stop in both directions, visitors travel for free on the Old Town Tram? Just look for the "Altstadt Bim" sticker and off you go on your journey through the UNESCO World Heritage City.

FLUX: MOBILITY in and around Graz

Wherever there are no buses or trams, you'll find the mobility solution flux. It is an optimal addition to the existing public transport connections, and it makes the outskirts and western part of Graz and the region around Graz easily accessible.

It takes passengers to their desired destination at a very affordable price. SAM can be booked from Monday to Sunday, from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. Ski and hiking buses in the Schladming-Dachstein region

The ski and hiking buses are probably the most pleasant way to start and also end a day of skiing or hiking. In the morning, they take sports enthusiasts and their equipment to the desired starting point. And after an active day on skis, a snowboard or on the hiking trails, you can simply hop back on the bus and relax on the way back to your accommodation.
