The apartment is located in the city of Fürstenfeld in a central but quiet residential area, near the center on the edge of the city park. The picturesque old town can be reached from the apartment in about 5 minutes on foot via a beautiful park with walking paths, children's playgrounds, petting zoo, biotope, etc. Fürstenfeld is THE central capital of the Styrian spa region, with a medieval old town that is well worth seeing, as well as every imaginable shopping and infrastructure facility. Starting from Fürstenfeld, the Styrian thermal and volcanic region can be perfectly explored. Numerous spas, manufactories of good taste, wineries, castles and palaces, as well as cycling and hiking trails are on the doorstep. The thermal bath Loipersdorf is eg. in approx. 15 minutes, another 3 thermal baths can be reached within half an hour by car.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a residential complex. A private parking space belonging to the apartment in the inner courtyard of the residential complex can be shared, and free public parking spaces near the house are always available.
