If you are looking for accommodation where you can switch off from your stressful everyday life, the Pyrbaumer Hütt'n is the right place for you. After a strenuous ski or hiking tour, we recommend either using the private sauna or the cozy sofa in front of the warming wood stove. Sufficient wood is of course provided.
In summer, you can end the evening on the spacious, covered terrace. The terrace is fenced all around and therefore ideal for your dog. The accommodation has been lovingly decorated and furnished so that you will hopefully want for nothing. The accommodation offers space for 8 people.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a large living/dining area with a conservatory, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with WC. Upstairs there is another bedroom with two double beds (family room). The upper floor also has a steam shower with WC. There are two televisions in the accommodation (one of which is a Smart TV) as well as a radio and free WiFi. Spend your hiking or skiing vacation in beautiful Hohentauern. The Austrian village lies at an altitude of 1,274 meters and is the smallest municipality in Styria with just under 400 inhabitants. No matter whether you come in winter or summer: Hohentauern offers numerous hiking trails and cross-country ski trails of varying degrees of difficulty, which you can reach quickly from your accommodation. Just cross the road and off you go! The accommodation is right next to a ski slope, which is particularly suitable for beginners, advanced skiers and families.
The newly built mini-golf course can be seen from the front door and provides an alternative program for your children who may not want to hike every day. Indulge in culinary delights in the local restaurants, which are within easy walking distance. However, the accommodation is perfect for self-catering.
There is a Nah&Frisch store in Hohentauern itself. During the high season, a bakery truck also comes to the vacation village every day (between 7:45 and 8:15 am). There is a Billa and SPAR supermarket in the neighboring village of Trieben.
