For even more privacy, the spacious sun terrace with 55 square meters, with each WeinHAUS is equipped. Inside the Premium Apartments, 40 square meters, there are two bedrooms, a designer kitchen and a modern shower room with rain shower. Not to forget the magnificent view of the surrounding vineyards. The large window fronts make the inside and outside, nature and living, merge into a big whole. Relaxed days are yours, welcome to the wine holiday!

The most beautiful time of the year, the holiday season, our guests enjoy in their very private cottage. Thus one becomes in the vineyard resort Unterlamm Loipersdorf for the duration of the stay to the house owner. And you decide whether you want to enjoy the first rays of sunshine in bed or enjoy a delicious breakfast on your own terrace. For a perfect start to the day your hosts bring a lovingly assembled Frühstückskörberl to the front door. At the agreed time and always with a culinary greeting! Comfortable sun loungers invite you to linger and also the Schweiebiebe Siesta Sky takes you away from everyday life, because it lets you just dangle the soul. Each WeinHAUS delights with a highlight, be it your own infrared cabin, a rustic outdoor shower or even with modern lounge furniture, a perfect view of the vineyards included. All non-smoking apartments radiate a lot of cosiness, even more the sun shines from the blue sky. On a wine holiday, you will be spoiled for choice ... relax for hours in and around your own WeinHAUS or regenerate your body and soul in the nearby thermal baths. The Thermenland in south-eastern Styria is the home of the vineyard resort Unterlamm Loipersdorf. And the name is here program. The former volcanic land has several spas and healing waters, which is just great. Only 3.4 kilometers separate the WeinHÄUSER from the Therme Loipersdorf, our home spa. And within a radius of 50 kilometers, there are several more spas for a perfect time for two, three or even four! And all year round! And golfers also get their money's worth in Southeastern Styria with more than 300 sunny days a year. Because here you can easily extend the golf season. Of course there are several recommended golf courses in the immediate vicinity of our holiday homes. Hiking, biking, Nordic walking ... the untouched nature on the doorstep invites you to explore. A hiking and cycling path leads directly past the vineyard resort Unterlamm Loipersdorf. From the first night onwards, our guests will also receive the Genusscard, opening their doors to the whole region and over 150 destinations. Of course for free! For that special something, we offer our guests private massages on the sun terrace or a romantic picnic for two in a private vineyard.
