Workshop & Dinner

A cosy excursion into the flavours of the forests, meadows and waters of western Styria.
First you explore and search in the colourful world of herbs, then you pluck, snip, marinate and pickle them with organic herb gardener Anna Höller and finally enjoy a menu with a focus on their origins.
