Hauskultur 2024 transforms the Graz Region into a stage for musical adventures from September 13 to October 14. This event series showcases an impressive variety of genres and artists from around the world. Whether it’s film music, classical, pop, folk, or jazz – each concert promises a unique experience.
The series kicks off with the concert "Film Music from Hollywood and Rome" on September 13, followed by an evening with Viennese film composer Wolf-Maximilian Liebich on September 17. On September 19, cellists Jörg Zwicker and Erich Oskar Huetter meet at Café Häferl in Gratwein-Straßengel to discuss music and reconciliation in Ukraine and the Middle East.
Special highlights include a concert with pianist Paul Gulda and cellist Erich Oskar Huetter on September 22 in the Smart City Graz underground garage and a performance by Swiss cellists Claude Hauri and Milo Ferrazzini-Hauri on September 24 in Stattegg.
On September 27, "Viva la Musica" in the Sebastian Church in Söding offers an inclusive concert featuring artists from Tel Aviv, Genoa, and Graz, along with the BG Rein Choir. Other highlights include "Nordic Folk" on October 1 in Gratwein-Straßengel and the pop & rock concert by the BIG4 string quartet from Kyiv on October 4 at the Caritas Donation Center in Graz.
