Murinsel-Kino I Summer Movies auf der Murinsel

Austrian and international film classics from 1916 to 2004 are shown, selected and curated by the Filmzentrum im Rechbauerkino. Alex Desmond sets the mood before the screening with background information and anecdotes about the film, and on selected dates there is live music and a party atmosphere.


Free admission. Free choice of seats. The first-come-first-served principle applies. Exception: For the MAMMA MIA film party on 24.7.2024, we recommend reserving a seat by e-mail to filmzentrum@filmzentrum.com (max. 4 people per reservation).

In good weather, the film screenings will take place in the amphitheater, in bad weather in the café on the Murinsel.
