The culinary classics of southern Styrian Buschenschank culture give themselves a rendezvous - lovingly prepared in the style of the house. First and foremost the Brettljause. Served on a wooden board, it contains a who's who of delicacies typical of the region: Geselchtes, Brüstl, raw ham, Hauswürstel, Verhackertes and much more; plus wonderfully fragrant bread from our own bakery.
