In our vineyards grow almost all Styrian grape varieties.
The majority of our vineyard is oriented south-southeast. The slopes are extremely steep and much of the work in the vineyard is done by hand - a circumstance that has a very positive effect on the quality of the grapes.
Only the best grapes are used as raw material for our quality wines. During the vinification process we take care to work as gently as possible and to maintain the utmost hygiene and cleanliness in the wine cellar.
For the vinification of the wines we use stainless steel tanks in which we can control the fermentation temperature electronically. The storage and aging of the wines is then carried out in wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks, depending on the variety.
