There are separate classifications for women and men each in the category road bike and outainbikes.
The start is at the toll booth right next to the AlpenParks Hagan Lodge at 850 meters above sea level. The destination at the Loseralm, 1,600 meters above sea level, is reached after about nine kilometers. The 15 hairpin bends of the Loser Panoramastraße ensure a steady gradient of less than 10 percent.
On the way back down to the valley, the single trail, which was opened in May and is almost three kilometers long, awaits the mountain bike participants.
The mountain time trial is organized by the MTB Club Salzkammergut.
