Angels sing songs of joy “Gaudete - Rejoice” is the motto for the third Sunday in Advent.
What better way to rejoice than with music? The La dolce Vita choir under the direction of Maria Erdinger and Michaela Louzek on the organ will sing and play music about pre-Christmas joys.
The nostalgic mood will be kindled with old shepherd and nativity songs, a charming contemporary take on “In dulci jubilo” by Carlotta Ferrari will shed new light on sweet jubilation and the enchanting “Noël” by Jules Massenet promises a romantic stroll into the French Christmas.
Punch and cookies will be sold after the concert.
