Workshop: “Discover the perfection within you” with explanation and practice on the flower of life
This workshop includes a heart-opening exercise, a talk on the topic of the evening and on the Flower of Life, a short activity in the group and practice for using the Flower of Life in everyday life. A guided meditation and finally a prayer of gratitude and blessings for the group.
