Yoga and meditation in Bad Mitterndorf

In each meeting we will do an intuitive dance with music from different cultures, do yoga, breathing and relaxation exercises and enjoy a short meditation at the end. Suitable for all ages and yoga levels! Please bring a mat, a blanket and something to drink.
