The Zloam Adventure offers a unique experience for adventurers of all ages.

Fun and creativity with wood

Sawing, drilling, cutting, planing, sanding, nailing and gluing - in our wood workshop children can build their own wooden creations (such as birdhouses, treasure chests, aeroplanes, ships and much more) and learn how to work with our local wood.

WHERE?
The wood and creative workshop is located at the Zloam Estate.

WHAT?

WORK
Make your own toys and crafts? Yes, you can! Together with our trained staff, we make a wide variety of items. Every child can be creative and let their imagination run wild. From trucks to helicopters to ponies, anything is possible.

THREATS
An egg cup for your breakfast egg, a fantasy figure or a tree? Once you've decided, you'll be given the materials you need. We use linden wood because it is easy to work with and increases the chances of success.

Our trained staff will help you every step of the way. There are no limits to your creativity!
Once your piece is finished, you can decorate it as you wish and take it home with you.

Each child will receive their own woodworking licence to show what they have done with wood.

All machines and tools are child-friendly and specially secured. With us, children learn to work with wood in a simple and understandable way and have fun doing it.

WHO?
For children aged 3 and over (3-5 years accompanied by an adult).

WHEN?
The wood workshop is open at certain times almost every day. You can find the opening times in our current weekly programme.
