The route now follows the Eisenbundesstraße to the left until you reach the town center, where you turn right after the school center towards the town center and shortly thereafter left into the Eisenerzer Ramsau. Through narrow building passages you reach the ascent into Ramsau and over the steep climb at Franzosenhügel (250 hm over 2.5 km) and under the railroad bridge you reach the first plateau. After another climb you reach the main plateau with the JUFA guesthouse and the Nordic Training Center with ski jumping facilities and biathlon stadium.
At the Gemeindealm turnaround station, ambitious bikers have the option of following the LN12 up another 250 meters in altitude to the Radmerhals. The way back goes again over the facilities of the Nordic Training Center and the Franzosenbichl back to Eisenerz and on narrow paths through the picturesque old town. Along the cycle path on the Eisenbundesstraße the tour now leads back to the starting point.
The route runs 4% on main roads, 8% on bike paths and 88% on side roads. The condition of these roads and paths is divided into 80% asphalt and 20% gravel.
