Arrival
Arrival is usually possible from 3pm. Departure should take place by approx. 10am (other times subject to availability). Individual arrival and departure on request.
We ask for your understanding that upon arrival our holiday home maybe will not be ready for occupancy before 5 p.m. if a guest leaves on the same day. It is very important to us that you find your accommodation in a clean and well-kept condition. Of course we can store your luggage safely at an earlier point in time.

The house offers with its more than 100m2 a spacious, comfortable living room and separate dining area, furthermore three bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 pull-out double bed, 1 bunk bed) as well as kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. Parking on the property.
The accommodation is basically suitable for up to 4 adults and 2 children / adolescents. When booking for 5 or 6 adults, please note that the third bedroom has a bunk bed.
Price information:
The price for 2 adults is € 90 per night excluding local tax and final cleaning (one-time € 35), for each additional person € 35 per night excluding local tax. The local tax is € 2.50 per night / person, but does not apply to children and adolescents up to the age of 14.Children from 0 - 5 years are free with us. In this regard, we kindly ask you to contact us, because the children´s discount cannot be booked through our advertisement due to technical reasons.
In addition, we offer a discount for bookings of 14 days or more. This is automatically taken into account when you book online via the website.
Pets are welcome. Please inform us before your arrival and bring your own dog bed. For the final cleaning we charge a flat rate of € 30,00 per stay.
