Our XEISHITTN is located on the upper edge of Hieflau, next to our own property/house, in the immediate vicinity of the forest with an exclusive view of the beautiful Gesäuse.
The holiday cottage is approx. 35m² in size. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with a small kitchenette with refrigerator and traditional ground floor cellar and a table stove heated with wood. Furthermore, there is a pull-out couch and a large comfortable sitting area as well as the bathroom with toilet and shower. The bedroom with a Swiss stone pine bed is located on the upper floor and can be reached via a steep stairway/ladder. The XEISHITTN is heated with the tabletop stove. There is a barbecue area on the sun terrace with a fish pond and stream.
Further equipment: hot plates, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, coffee machine, kettle, hair dryer, barbecue, as well as a seating area and parasol on the terrace.
