The "Mariazeller Advent" - Austria's largest traditional Christmas market - invites this year already for the 24nd time to the contemplative mood for the Christmas season.
The festively decorated main square with the largest hanging Advent wreath in the world, in the face of the breathtaking backdrop of the Mariazell Basilica, enchants every year. On the Advent weekends, entertaining focuses are set for the whole family ... a contemplative mood for the Christmas season!
In 2024, the Mariazell Advent will open over five weekends from November 21st to December 22nd - from Thursday to Sunday - its doors.
